This self-catering home is one of the best places I have stayed in. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town with a Co-Op and several lovely pubs just around the corner. The beach is only a couple of minutes away, perfect for pleasant walks to Bamburgh or Beadnell. The cleanliness of the place is exceptional - I couldn't find a single fault. The facilities are abundant and include everything you may need during a holiday, from hair straighteners to deck chairs, and even an Alexa. They have truly thought of everything, even providing amenities for dogs. The spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds provide a great rest after a day of exploring.
It would have been nice to have a larger outdoor space or garden for relaxing, as the small patio at the front door is adjacent to a busy road and not very appealing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful stone cottage in a perfect location to explore the town and surrounding area. The designated parking space made it easy to start exploring right away, and the cottage itself was clean, warm, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the wood burner in the living room added a cozy touch. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there were even thoughtful touches like toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine.
The wifi instructions were a bit confusing, but I managed to figure them out.

Located in a central spot, Sea Haven offers easy access to explore the charming town and its surroundings, with parking space provided. the well-equipped cottage boasts comfortable sofas and beds, and a wood burner creates a cozy atmosphere. Guests appreciated the clean and warm accommodations, along with the helpfulness of the property manager. the kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering stay, including the convenience of a dishwasher.
One minor drawback mentioned by guests was the shower, which delivered a weak flow and became scalding if the cold tap was turned on elsewhere.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this amazing cottage! From the moment we walked in, we could tell that every detail had been carefully thought out to ensure a perfect experience. The kitchen was fully equipped with a proper cooker, dishwasher, and even a washing machine and dryer. The log burner in the living room created a cozy atmosphere, and the scented candles added a lovely touch. The little extras like cookies, tea, and coffee made us feel incredibly welcome. We were thrilled to find a dog bed, lead, treats, and bowls for our furry friend. The 100% cotton sheets were a dream come true for my hot flushes, and they looked brand new. The entire place was spotlessly clean and modern, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to shops, the harbour, and beautiful beaches. The cottage had everything we needed and more, including toiletries and a welcoming bottle of wine. Jill, the host, was excellent at communicating and even recommended a fantastic steak night just across the road. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated six people. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the area. We loved every minute of our stay and felt a true sense of welcome throughout the house. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
